2. These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the sale of all products (“Products”) supplied by us through our website or directly from our premises at 11 Berkeley Street.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


3. Orders & Acceptance

3.1 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we will confirm receipt by email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

3.2 Acceptance of Order

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

3.3 Order Refusal

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The Product is out of stock
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • There is a pricing error
  • Fraud or security concerns arise

If this happens, we will refund you in full using the original payment method.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time before order confirmation.
  • Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • All online payments are securely processed via our payment provider.

For non-UK cards, exchange rates are determined by your card provider. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.


5. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure Products are accurately described. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
  • Minor variations in finish, packaging, or detailing may occur.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

6. Delivery

6.1 Where We Deliver

We deliver to the UK, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Egypt and Democratic Republic of the Congo.

6.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and delivery speed.

6.3 Customs & Duties

For international deliveries:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply.
  • These are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.4 Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to your specified address, responsibility for the Product passes to you.

We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. customs, carrier delays).


7. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If we offer pre-orders:

  • Payment is taken at checkout.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1 Return Period

You may return eligible Products within 10 days of delivery.

8.2 Return Conditions

Returned Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and dust bags
  • Show no signs of wear

Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces only and returned with the original shoe box.

8.3 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Goods sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Items damaged by misuse

8.4 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the Product is faulty.

We recommend tracked and insured shipping, as the Product remains your responsibility until received by us.

8.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • As store credit (if selected)

9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If a Product is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sacraarchives.com

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days → you may be entitled to a full refund.
  • Within 6 months → repair, replacement, or refund may apply.
  • Up to 6 years → partial refund may apply if goods are not reasonably durable.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.


10. Promotions & Price Adjustments

  • Promotional codes are non-transferable.
  • Only one promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotions do not cover shipping or customs charges.
  • Price adjustments may be honoured within 14 days prior to a sale (Product must still be available in same size/style).

We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.


11. Suspension of Supply

We may suspend supply to:

  • Address technical issues
  • Comply with legal changes
  • Improve Products

If suspension lasts more than 4 weeks, you may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered Products.


12. Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses
  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud
  • Statutory consumer rights

13. Personal Data

We use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law.

You may bring claims in:

  • The courts of England and Wales, or
  • The courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you reside there.

15. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sacra Archives Limited.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  • We may transfer our rights under this contract.
  • You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
